Anne finished her legal education in 2007 with the second state examination. She holds a doctor’s degree in telecommunications law.
After two years as a legal counsel at Deutsche Boerse Stock Corporation she started working as a legal consultant at the Federal Ministry of Economics.
Anne moved to the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure in 2014 and is the head of the division responsible for European and International Digital Infrastructure matters since September 2019.
