Leo Trukšāns has 30 years of experience in IT projects, including the Latvian Education Informatization System, BalticGrid, E-Spiets science cloud, and IPsec QKD integration development. He joined LVRTC to develop the first national QCI network.
Leo holds a doctorate in computer science from the University of Latvia, where he is an associate professor of IT.
