Luz Fernandez is Chief Digital Innovation & Technology at the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA), where she leads the teams advancing digital innovation, AI, and space technologies. She has held senior technology roles at Amazon and NATO, with expertise in data analytics, technology integration, responsible and ethical use of technology, transformation and strategic initiatives. Luz Fernandez is also an honorary member of MIT’s IDSS External Advisory Board and she holds advanced degrees in innovation, data science, and business from top institutions including ICADE, Deusto, and Wharton. She is a certified PMP.
