Dr. Christoph Striecks is a cryptography researcher with a professional focus on cryptographic technologies demanded by real-world applications (such as end-to-end security, secure data access control, and authentication for large-scale communication networks). Moreover, he is particularly interested in advanced cryptographic security measures for secure key exchanges to achieve long-term security and hybridization techniques toward quantum-safe systems.
Before joining the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology – Austria’s largest Research and Technology Organization (RTO) – in 2016, Mr. Striecks held a post-doc position in cryptography at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where he graduated in 2015.
