Fredis has been the Managing Director of the Riga Investment and Tourism Agency since March 2022. Before that, he worked at Wolt as an Operations Manager in Latvia, as the Board Chairman at ABSL Latvia, General Manager at EVRY, and more.
Fredis holds vast management experience that ranges from business development and project management to strategy, growth planning, and more.
Mr. Bikovs has an MBA from the Swiss Business School.
