Throughout his career, Kaspars has held various senior leadership, business development, and talent management positions within the FMCG, Financial Services, Professional Advisory, and IT & Telecommunications industries.
Currently he is responsible for the development of international sales and global products with a focus on AI and deep machine-learning driven language technologies – neural machine translation, natural language processing and understanding, speech recognition and synthesis.
