Knut Baltzersen has more than 30 years of experience in the telecoms industry. Since 2005 he has been working with the Norwegian public safety network (Nødnett) at the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB), both as a technical expert and as a manager.
He holds an M.Sc. in Physics from the University of Oslo.
