Morten is Senior Advisor and Team Leader on Digital Governance Nordic Council of Ministers, Copenhagen. Since 2012 he”s been facilitating the intergovernmental cooperation between the Nordic and Baltic countries on digital innovation and governance. Morten has been driving strategic partnerships on digitalization with various key stakeholders from public authorities, the private sector, academia and international organization promoting digital innovation and sound regulation of the data-driven economy.
