Nadia Babych is the Chief Specialist of the Mobile Broadband Development Department of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. The Department is responsible for ensuring all Ukrainians have access to high-speed Internet and mobile services. One of the Department’s goals is to provide 95% of citizens access to 4G.
Nadia Babych is developing the draft laws on electronic communications to achieve the above goals.
