In 2019, Paolo Campoli was appointed as Head of the Service Provider Sector for Cisco EMEAR. He is responsible for transformative selling, segmentation and coverage andSP strategy coherence with Corporate investment portfolio. Previously, he was the Head of Sales, Technical Operations and Channels for Global SPs in South Europe andin Middle East & Africa. Paolo has been in the Telecom and Cloud business for almost 30 years.
As former CTO of the Cisco SP Segment in EMEAR, Paolo was and is still actively engaged in driving the adoption of 5G, Automation, Software Defined Networking in the Telco and ICT industries. Paolo is also the spokesperson of Cisco at key Industry events and with Regulatory Bodies in the region.
He joined Cisco Systems in 1998, as EMEA Consulting Engineer, involved in architecture design of DOCSIS, Broadband Access and Mobility solutions with major European carriers.
