Mr. Eriksson has been the Director of the Nordic Council of Ministers’ Office in Latvia since 2017. He previously worked for 25 years in the Swedish Foreign Service, with his latest posting abroad as Ambassador to Belarus, but he’s extensively worked with democracy support.
Stefan’s first job was for the Swedish Trade Council when he established their office in Latvia in 1992.
Mr. Eriksson sings in the Latvian diplomatic choir and has twice participated in the Latvian Song and Dance Festival.
