Tomas is a Senior Researcher and Lead on European Engagement at the European Space Policy Institute, the European think-tank for space.
Before joining ESPI, he was a full-time Ph.D. candidate at the Matej Bel University in Slovakia, a visiting Fulbright scholar at the Space Policy Institute of George Washington University in the USA, and a Space Security Index 2017 project researcher.
Tomas has an educational background in international relations and political science.
