Uwe Baeder studied physics and electrical engineering. He holds a physics diploma from the University of Kaiserslautern.
Uwe joined Rohde & Schwarz in 2000 as a Standards Engineer and represented Rohde & Schwarz in various international standardization groups for wireless communication. He is now the Director of Public Affairs. His interest is especially focused on digital policy and regulation.
